The space:
 

Family groups, couples and friends take advantage of this rare find so close to Manchester City Centre but still with that spa getaway feel. Experience an evening in the 6 person hot tub surrounded by fields and tranquility or head into the town for a lively party evening. 

The main house boasts a grand entrance leading into an open plan kitchen dining space with bifold doors leading out into the garden area with a log fire pit surrounded by fruitful plum trees (when in season) & private 6 person HotTub and Decking area.
The garden is a real sun trap with beautiful sunset views whilst enjoy a glass of bubbly and soaking in the hot tub! 

The kitchen has a dishwasher, Samsung fridge freezer with a interactive screen.
Induction hobs with 2 ovens and one grill and an inbuilt microwave. 

The 55 inch LG TV with firestick & Sony Soundbar and subwoofer is great for group movie nights.

There is Underfloor heating to the kitchen and lounge room and a built in speaker system in Kitchen, living room and dining room. 

Utility & Toilet - To the rear of the kitchen is a utility with samsung waster, dryer and water distiller. 

The Snug: A large, cosy snug room with a gas fire is perfect for those winter evenings.

A 55 Inch TV with firestick is perfect for those family movie nights or if your group can not decide on the same movie it’s a second TV choice.

The Dining/Games Room: A rustic dining table that seats 8 people

Downstairs Bathroom: Modern bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet. 

Master Bedroom With Ensuite: Spacious master bedroom with double doors boasting views of the open field and countryside. King Size bed with Tempur mattress for the perfect nights sleep.

The ensuite bathroom is the bathroom of all bathrooms, relax in the large bath and soak in the scenic views and stunning sunsets. With a large open walk in shower, his and hers sinks with large heated mirror, underfloor heating and toilet. 

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom with a double bed. Large windows overlooking the stables and horse fields. 

Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom with a king size bed

Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom with a four poster double bed. Large windows overlooking the stables and horse fields.  

Bedroom 5 - Located away from the main house in the annex adjacent to the garden. Double sofa bed - please note that this room is not included with the main house booking , however it can be requested with an additional charge (subject to availability) 

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, bath and sink area with light up mirror.
