   Property Assessment

We will go ahead and view the property, make sure its meets all our criteria and we are happy to take the property on.

Offer Presentation
We will then go ahead and make you an offer, usually varying between 3-5 years. If we are both happy we will then send our contracts over for you to read through.

Agreement Signing
Once you’re completely satisfied with everything, we finalise the lease agreement and begin the management of your property.

Ongoing Management

We will then take care of the maintenance and handle the tenants, giving you complete freedom, while ensuring your payments monthly.
